Mr. Miah has graduated in Industrial & Production Engineering (KUET) and obtained his Master Degree in Environmental Science from SUB and PGD in HRM (BIM). He also received training at home and abroad in the different field of management.

He worked as a guest trainer at Bangladesh-Japan Training Institute (BJTI), Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM), Approved Lead Auditor & Tutor of TUV SUD Bangladesh, TNV UK Certification, LMS Certification, AQC Middle East FZE, TUV Austria Bureau of Inspections & Certification, KBS Certification and others. He conducted over 3125 Man-Hours Training & 421 Man-Days Audit (in 400 Organizations) under different Certification Bodies. He is working as a Freelance Auditor for different Certification Bodies.

Mr. Miah is an international expert on Lean, TQM & ISO standards. He was involved in many consultancy assignments under JICA, World Bank and USAID funded Projects.

He is a Lead Auditor for Nine (9) ISO Standards and CQI-IRCA Lead Tutor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Courses.

He is a Certified Lean Manager and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB). He is an empaneled Lean Consultant at TUV SUD Bangladesh.

Nature of the Class:

Classes will involve lectures, videos, small group exercises, case analysis and discussions. Participants are expected to take part and contribute to discussions, and keep up with current issues of Lean techniques.
