With over 41 years of experience as a Trainer and Management Consultant, he began his career with Bangladesh Railway and later served as Director of Bangladesh Management Development Centre (BMDC). He was Program Director for DFID’s National Leadership Program for Nurses and continues to provide management advisory and training services in Project Management, Leadership, Team Building, and Productivity Improvement.
