National Annual Quality Convention (NAQC) by BSTQM: A Celebration of Excellence in Quality

The Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM) successfully organized the National Annual Quality Convention (NAQC), a premier platform that brings together professionals, industries, institutions, and quality leaders to showcase their commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Every year highlight the growing importance of Quality Circles (QCs) in driving productivity, problem-solving, and workplace harmony. QC Circle teams from diverse industries and organizations came forward to present their remarkable case studies and innovative solutions. Each presentation demonstrated how small, dedicated groups of employees can solve critical problems, improve efficiency, and contribute to organizational success through structured Total Quality Management (TQM) practices.

The event not only served as a stage for QC Presentations but also included interactive sessions, keynote speeches, panel discussions, and knowledge-sharing opportunities with industry experts. Topics covered ranged from Kaizen practices, Six Sigma applications, lean management techniques, workplace safety improvements, cost optimization, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Leaders from public and private sectors, along with academic institutions, attended the convention to encourage and support a culture of quality excellence in Bangladesh. The convention also recognized and awarded outstanding QC teams for their impactful contributions.

In his address, the President of BSTQM emphasized that the NAQC is more than just a convention—it is a movement to embed quality practices into every sector of the economy. By empowering employees at every level, organizations can achieve sustainable growth, global competitiveness, and higher customer trust.

The event concluded with renewed enthusiasm and a strong commitment to spreading the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) across Bangladesh. With every NAQC, BSTQM continues to strengthen its mission of building a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement nationwide.
