Welcome to BSTQM
The Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM) is a voluntary, non-profit organization committed to promoting the principles and practices of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Bangladesh. Founded on 4 May 1996, BSTQM has been at the forefront of building a quality-conscious culture in all spheres of life.
BSTQM traces its roots back to 1994, when it was formed as the TQM Club. Visionary founders — Late Engineer Mofiud Doula, Engr. A. M. M. Khairul Bashar, Engr. Mokarram Uddin Ahmed, Engr. Syed Masud Hasan, and Mr. T. P. Biswas — took the initiative to formalize the movement as BSTQM for the greater good of society.
