NOTICE OF 26th  ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 26th  AGM (Annual General Meeting) of BSTQM will be held on 10 March 2023, Friday at 05:00 pm at SEL Auditorium (8th floor), 29-Bir Uttam Qazi Nuruzzaman Sharak, West Panthapath, Dhaka – 1205.

All members of BSTQM are cordially invited to attend the AGM in time.

  2. Condolence (if any)
  3. Welcome Speech by The President, BSTQM
  4. Confirmation of the minutes of the 25th AGM held on 01 April 2022.
  5. Report of Activities 2022-2023 by the Secretary General, BSTQM.
  6. Presentation of the Audited Financial Report of BSTQM from January to June 2022.
  7. Presentation of the Treasurer’s Report.
  8. Consideration of proposed budget for the year of 01 July 2022 to 30 June 2023.
  9. Appointment of a C.A firm as Auditor for the year of 01 July 2022 to 30 June 2023.
  10. Open Discussion by BSTQM Members.
  11. Address by the Adviser, BSTQM
  12. Vote of Thanks by the Vice President, BSTQM.
